Part-time Snow Shoveling – Staffing Assignment (10 positions)

Nordic Staffing & Recruitment AB, Region Central, is looking for up to 10 individuals for snow shoveling for our clients during the winter season. This is a part-time job for those studying at least 50% or having another job of at least half-time. The role is physically demanding and suits those who are strong, resilient, and enjoy working in varying weather conditions at different times of the day. Working hours are entirely weather-dependent, so it's difficult to predict how much you will be working.

Job duties include shoveling snow around entrances, access points, and emergency exits, as well as sanding and salting as needed. You will work independently or in smaller teams and are responsible for keeping safe passage areas clear of snow and ice according to the client's procedures.

We are looking for individuals with good physical ability, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility. Experience in snow shoveling or similar jobs is an advantage but not a requirement. You should be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed, and be prepared for varying working hours depending on weather conditions. A driver's license and personal transportation are an advantage for certain assignments.
